Shipping Coverage

Currently, House of Rivanya ships across India (Pan India).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We will notify our customers once international shipping becomes available.


Order Processing

      All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

      Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

      During festive seasons, promotional sales, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Charges

      Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

      Any applicable shipping charges (if introduced in the future) will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order.

the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-shipped.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery:

      Do not accept the package if it appears significantly damaged.

      Take clear photographs of the package.

      Record an unboxing video immediately after receiving the parcel.

      Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

This helps us investigate the issue quickly with our courier partner.


Lost Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost or has not been delivered within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact our support team.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or packaging requirements.

You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment, if applicable.


International Shipping

Currently, House of Rivanya ships only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time. We will update our customers when this service becomes available.
