At House of Rivanya, we take pride in offering premium ethnic wear crafted with care and quality. Every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Please read our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Policy
We offer a 2-Day Return Policy for eligible products.
You may request a return within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:
● Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
● Be in its original condition.
● Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
● Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, alterations, or any signs of use.
● Pass our quality inspection after it is received at our warehouse.
Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.
Refund Process
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
● Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
● Shipping charges and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
Refunds are only applicable after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.
Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery.
You may request an exchange for:
● Size
● Colour (subject to availability)
● Another product (price difference will be adjusted)
Exchange Conditions
The product must:
● Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
● Have all original tags attached.
● Be returned in its original packaging.
● Pass our quality inspection.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
If the exchanged product is priced higher, the customer will need to pay the difference.
If the exchanged product is priced lower, the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive:
● A damaged product
● A defective product
● A wrong product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email us with:
● Order Number
● Clear photographs of the product
● Photographs of the packaging
● Unboxing video (mandatory)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
● Sale or Clearance products
● Customized or Altered products
● Gift Cards
● Accessories (if applicable)
● Products without original tags
● Used or washed products
● Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
● Products with perfume, makeup, stains, or signs of wear
Shipping Charges
If the return or exchange is due to our mistake:
● Wrong product delivered
● Damaged product received
● Defective product received
House of Rivanya will bear all return and replacement shipping charges.
If the return or exchange is requested due to:
● Wrong size ordered
● Colour preference
● Design preference
● Change of mind
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Quality Inspection
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
House of Rivanya reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if:
● The product has been used or washed.
● Original tags or packaging are missing.
● The request is made after the eligible period.
● The product fails our quality inspection.
If a return is rejected, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
